Lifestyle Workshops allow you time to interact and learn at a steady pace. They are designed as an interactive experience to engage and inspire. They run from 1-4hrs, depending on the group and the topic. They may include physical activity, hands-on skills, food preparation, work book completion, and lifestyle skills such as meditation, yoga, massage + release techniques, and relaxation techniques.
Everyone who completes the workshop leaves with the skills needed to immediately create positive change in their life, and know how they can share those skills with others.
